- Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate showroom sales staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/suppliers.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze showroom performance.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation, and cash handling procedures.
- Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and staff schedules.
