What the Candidate Will Do

Design modern, high-converting websites: landing pages, marketing pages, and product pages

Own website design end to end: layout, visual design, responsive behavior, and pixel-perfect handoff

Design clean, usable web product interfaces (dashboards, tools, onboarding flows)

Contribute to mobile app UI (iOS/Android) as a secondary responsibility

Build and maintain our design system: components, typography, color, and spacing standards

Work with engineers during implementation; review builds and fix visual and UX gaps before release

Use data (funnels, drop-offs, session recordings) and quick usability checks to improve designs

Turn ambiguous requirements into clear, shippable design in days, not weeks
What We Are Looking For

2 to 4 years of design experience with shipped websites in your portfolio; live URLs preferred

Strong sense of modern web design trends: clean layouts, strong typography, purposeful animation

Strong command of Figma: components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping

Solid understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
-
Some hands-on experience designing mobile app screens (iOS/Android)

Good visual craft: typography, spacing, color, hierarchy

Understanding of what makes a website convert, not just look good

Clear communication. You can explain design decisions in plain language and take feedback without ego

Comfortable with speed and ambiguity. Startup pace, not agency pace
Good to Have

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code (Webflow, Framer, or working with developers on Next.js sites)

Basic motion design (Lottie, After Effects, or Figma prototyping)

Experience designing for Indian-market consumer products or vernacular audiences

Experience designing SaaS dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
