Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Hospital Administration Faculty to train and mentor students aspiring to build careers in healthcare management. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic and practical knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare systems, patient care management, and healthcare regulations while delivering engaging, industry-oriented training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Hospital Administration.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
- Train students on hospital operations, healthcare management, and administrative procedures.
- Conduct interactive sessions, workshops, role plays, and case-based discussions.
- Guide students in projects, internships, and hospital visits.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and performance.
- Conduct mock interviews and placement preparation sessions.
- Update curriculum based on current healthcare industry practices and NABH standards.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports on schedule.
- Mentor students regarding career opportunities in hospitals and healthcare organizations.
- Participate in seminars, health awareness programs, and academic promotional activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- Master's Degree (MHA, MBA Hospital Administration, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare quality, NABH, or hospital management are an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching or hospital administration experience.
- Experience in multispecialty hospitals, healthcare organizations, medical colleges, or healthcare consulting is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities.
- Practical knowledge of hospital operations and patient care processes.
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to simplify healthcare concepts for students.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Fluency in English; Malayalam communication is an added advantage.
