Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report variances to senior leadership.

- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Manage the annual budget preparation process for all departments.
- Develop long-term financial plans and future earnings projections.
- Analyze working capital and cash flow to meet operational needs.
- Strategic Advisory & Compliance
- Advise executives on investment activities and capital deployment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, such as GAAP or IFRS.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Operational Oversight
- Supervise accounting teams handling accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll.
