We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the steel, cement, paints, or building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and builders.
- Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Promote company products and provide product information to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of sales experience in Steel, Cement, Paints, Construction Materials, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer/distributor network.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in channel sales and dealer management.
- Strong customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
