Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate sales leads.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate reports of calls, follow-ups, and sales.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Eligibility
- B.Sc freshers can apply.
- No prior telesales experience required.
- Candidates with good communication and a sales-oriented mindset will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
