This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Agrasheel Infra. The role involves managing customer relationships, analyzing market segmentation, overseeing sales processes, and project management.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM department in real estate industry.
- Good communication skills and pleasing personality.
Job description
1. Handling and managing the team.
2. Addressing customer queries & providing solutions.
3. Managing tasks such as BBA, TPA, PTM, demand letters, possession and handover.
4. Managing the collections.
5. Generating various MIS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
