Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.

Keyword & Content: Conduct extensive keyword research and collaborate with the content team to optimize website copy, blog posts, and landing pages.

Performance Tracking: Monitor daily performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to understand SEO strategy performance.
Lead Generation & Conversion

Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (PPC, paid social, email marketing) focused on reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increasing ROI.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests on landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize lead conversion rates.

Lead Nurturing: Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, optimize the sales funnel, and implement automated email nurturing sequences.
Website Management

Site Ownership: Serve as the primary webmaster, managing day-to-day website updates, landing page creation, and content management via our CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot).

UX/UI Optimization: Ensure the website is highly responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for an exceptional user experience and fast loading speeds.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with external web developers or internal IT to troubleshoot technical issues, implement tracking pixels, and deploy structural site updates.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Brand Sentiment: Actively monitor brand mentions across search engines, social media, review platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, G2, Google My Business), and industry forums.

Review Management: Develop strategies to generate positive customer reviews and professionally respond to both positive and negative feedback in a timely manner.

Crisis Mitigation: Identify potential digital PR issues early and work with leadership to execute communication strategies that protect the brand’s image.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, lead generation, and website management.

SEO & Analytics Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and industry-standard SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).

Website & CMS: Hands-on experience managing content via a CMS (e.g., WordPress) and a fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS.

Lead Gen Platforms: Experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.

ORM Tools: Familiarity with social listening and brand monitoring tools (e.g., Mention, Meltwater, Brandwatch).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to project manage multiple ongoing initiatives.
