Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of multiple retail branches to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive sales performance across all branches, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and policies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor branch-wise sales, productivity, profitability, and customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Branch Managers, Operations Managers.
- Ensure standardization of processes across branches for operations, sales, and customer service.
- Analyze MIS reports, sales data, and operational metrics to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing for smooth inter-departmental functioning.
- Handle store openings, audits, and operational risk management.
- Resolve escalations related to customers, staff, and operations in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and retail best practices.
- Drive training and performance improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and multi-branch management experience.
- Proven track record in retail sales growth and operations management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, customer handling, and sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Mandatory experience in Retail Industry with sales exposure.
- Experience: 8–12 years (Retail Operations & Sales)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
