About the Company
ApkiReturn is a Jaipur-based tax and compliance company providing GST filing, Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, accounting, company registration, ROC compliance, and financial consultancy services to clients across India. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to support our growing client communication and lead generation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
- Explain company services including GST return filing, ITR filing, registration, and compliance services.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested clients.
- Maintain accurate call records, client details, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements and queries.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets assigned by the company.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication.
- Assist clients with basic service-related information and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle client conversations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations will be preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹18,000.00 per month
