- Manage end-to-end scouring pad production.
- Monitor machine performance and improve production efficiency.
- Ensure consistent product quality and reduce rejection.
- Plan daily production and achieve production targets.
- Minimize raw material wastage and manufacturing costs.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Maintain production reports and manufacturing records.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Train operators on machine operation and production procedures.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Non-woven abrasive pad production
- Raw materials such as nylon fibre, abrasive minerals, resin, and bonding process
- Machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Lamination, cutting, punching, and packaging processes
- Quality control standards for scouring pads
- Production planning and process optimization
- Experience in reducing downtime, improving productivity, and minimizing wastage.
- Ability to lead production teams and solve shop-floor issues.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
