We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead front office operations for a reputed hospitality property. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational efficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day front office operations
Lead and manage front office team members
Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out experiences
Handle guest concerns and escalations professionally
Maintain service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations
Monitor occupancy, reservations, and room allocation
Prepare operational reports and ensure SOP compliance
Train and mentor front office staff
Previous experience in Front Office operations within hospitality
Strong communication and leadership skills
Guest-centric and professionally presentable
Familiarity with PMS systems and hotel operations
Ability to manage shifts and operational pressure efficiently
Experience with luxury or upscale hotel brands
Team handling experience preferred
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
