Position: Architectural Sales Representative
Required Skills:
- Young Graduate.
- Sales experience & knowledge preferred.
- Good rapport in Architectural Sales market.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Right attitude to work on targets and strategy planning.
- Superb written, verbal and presentation skills in product/ service sales.
- Should have self-lead generation capability.
- commitment to excellent customer service.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-through and organization skills.
- Be a good communicator and listener.
- Experience in residential & commercial AV/automation/ lighting control management a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generating leads via inbound and outbound lead generation methods.
2. Flexible and creative, with an ability to handle stress, deadlines, and financial pressures sales
goals.
3. Proactively develops relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC & MEP firms, owners,
construction managers and general contractors to increase preference and demand for brands
represented by us.
4. Actively track projects in the early design stages to influence the specification.
5. Manage project sales from inception through manufacturing to installation.
6. Maintain a designated customer and prospect database (CRM)
7. Drive sales and increase market share to meet the plan objectives for the territory, and corporate
growth.
8. Maintain ongoing relationships with key customers, assuring thorough and accurate order
processing, suggesting alternative products and services, and providing support in the resolution
of customer complaints and issues.
9. Provide customers with timely and accurate information with respect to our product availability,
shipping capabilities, and the status of orders from time of order receipt through order shipment,
delivery, and payment of invoice.
10. Communicates and collaborates within the Architectural Services Project team and other internal
departments.
11. Communicate with HQ on leads and customer relations.
12. Work to and report on sales and schedule metrics.
13. Coordinate all aspects of order processing, applying specialized knowledge of technical details
and product applications in the customer order process.
14. Expect travel from the primary territory (where the virtual/home office will be based)
