Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and well-mannered Office Assistant cum Reception Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our educational institute. The candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, assist students and parents, manage administrative tasks, coordinate with staff, and ensure smooth functioning of the institute.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors at the reception.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and admission-related documents.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities of the institute.
- Coordinate class schedules and communicate updates to students and parents.
- Manage fee records, receipts, and basic office documentation.
- Ensure classrooms, reception, and office areas are organized and presentable.
- Assist in organizing workshops, events, seminars, and examinations.
- Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth operations.
- Handle photocopying, printing, filing, and other office support tasks.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
