Job Summary:
Manbhum Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage residential/high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing complete project execution, coordinating with internal teams and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects at the assigned site.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and regulatory compliance are maintained at the site.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and proper utilization of resources.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 9–10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience handling residential or high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, planning, budgeting, and team management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be comfortable working at Domalaguda, Gajularamaram, or Kukatpally (IDL Site).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
