**Position Overview**
Vaas Infratech is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented On-Field Sales Executive to drive business growth. In this role, you will be the company’s representative on the ground, actively scouting the market, identifying high-potential leads, and building strong relationships to close deals. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Lead Generation:** Actively map local markets, conduct cold visits, and identify new B2B/B2C business opportunities
. * **Deal Closure:**
Present our infrastructure and real estate solutions confidently, negotiate effectively, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to successful closure. *
**Relationship Management:**
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry stakeholders.
* **Market Intelligence:**
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming developments to identify new sales avenues. *
**Reporting:** Maintain accurate daily records of field visits, lead status, and sales targets achieved.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
* **Experience:** 1–3 years of proven experience in on-field sales, door-to-door sales, or business development (experience in real estate, construction material, or infrastructure is a strong plus)
. **Skills:**
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
* Strong negotiation tactics
* High self-esteem.
**Language:** * Fluency in Hindi; basic understanding of English is beneficial
Pay: ₹12,498.39 - ₹42,349.00 per month
