About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to create high-impact video ads and marketing creatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and short-form content creation, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver engaging content optimized for digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and mid-form videos for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT, and other digital platforms.
- Transform raw footage, product videos, images, and stock assets into compelling ad creatives.
- Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects.
- Adapt creatives into multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for different platforms.
- Optimize videos for engagement, retention, conversions, and strong call-to-actions.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Execute multiple revisions and iterations based on campaign performance and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and version control.
- Deliver platform-ready creatives within tight turnaround timelines.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Video Editing
- Motion Graphics
- Ad Creatives
- Performance Marketing Content
- Short-form Video Production
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Hands-on experience with:
- Motion Graphics
- Text Animations
- Transitions
- Basic Animation Design
Content Experience
- Proven experience creating:
- Performance Ads
- E-commerce Creatives
- Marketing & Promotional Videos
- Social Media Reels & Short Videos
AI Exposure
- Basic familiarity with AI-powered editing or creative tools.
- Open to learning AI-assisted content creation workflows.
Portfolio Requirement
- Portfolio submission is mandatory.
- Portfolio must showcase:
- Original editing work
- Motion graphics projects
- Performance marketing creatives
- Short-form video content
- Portfolios heavily dependent on templates with minimal customization will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2C or D2C brands.
- Prior collaboration with Growth or Performance Marketing teams.
- Basic sound design, audio cleanup, and music synchronization skills.
- Experience in Men's Grooming, Lifestyle, Beauty, Fashion, or Consumer Brands is a plus.
