Gym Front Desk Executive is the face of a gym. They play a critical role in providing a first-class experience to members, prospective members and visitors to our facility. They enrol new members, greet members and guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure that the gym runs smoothly.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
The main functions of the post holder are:
- Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members
- Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing and Promotion knowledge for the Gym membership sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to all members, non-members and users of the facility
- Enrolling new members and assisting current members with their queries
- Greeting members and users of the gym as they come through reception
- Checking in members and verifying memberships and updating the software on regular basis.
- Registering prospective members and guiding them to the correct person
- Providing information on classes and availability
- Ensuring that adequate stocks of information, packs and leaflets are available at reception for interested parties
- Handling telephone enquiries, recording messages from incoming calls and transferring calls
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, both behind and in front of the counter
Skills Required
- • At least 1 Year of experience in the same industry (Gym/Fitness)
- • Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, motivational and friendly
- • Positive and professional attitude
- • Excellent communication skills
Duty Timings
Candidate should be flexible to work at below mentioned timing
- Morning: 6 am to 3 pm
- Evening: 1 pm to 10 pm
