Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
- Reach out to prospective clients through various channels, such as cold calling, emails, and networking events.
- Present our products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Track and report sales activities and progress on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
