- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes with follow-up on action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal teams, vendors, clients, and business partners.
- Prioritize incoming requests, emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS summaries, and business documents.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely completion by coordinating with different departments.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information.
- Assist in planning company events, exhibitions, photoshoots, and business meetings.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Follow up with department heads on targets, pending tasks, and deadlines.
- Organize digital files, contracts, and important business documentation.
- Handle vendor communication and basic administrative responsibilities.
- Assist in preparing business analysis, research, and market reports whenever required.
- Ensure the Founder is well-prepared for meetings through timely reminders and briefing notes.
- Take ownership of special projects assigned by the Founder.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
