We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle at The Karthik Media — from converting warm inbound leads to running outbound email campaigns and managing multi-channel sales for our international and domestic clients. You will be the first point of contact for new business and play a key role in scaling the agency's revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from website, social media, and referrals — move them swiftly through the pipeline to closure
- Plan and execute cold email campaigns targeting international and domestic prospects — write copy, segment lists, A/B test subject lines, track open/reply rates
- Conduct discovery calls and pitch the agency's services (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content, Amazon) to prospects across verticals
- Build and manage outreach pipelines on LinkedIn — connect, nurture, and convert decision-makers in target niches
- Prepare customised proposals, service decks, and pricing documents tailored to each prospect's needs
- Manage and update CRM (prospects, pipeline stage, follow-up dates, notes) — own the sales tracker with weekly reporting
- Explore and activate other sales channels — freelance portals (Upwork, Fiverr), agency directories, WhatsApp broadcasts, and referral partnerships
- Coordinate with internal team (SEO, ads, content) to scope and deliver accurate proposals, and support client onboarding handoffs
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
