Core Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Guide clients through property purchases, identify their needs, and recommend suitable properties or investments.
- Post-Sales Management: Oversee the customer journey from the agreement stage, including payment tracking, issuing demand letters, and managing possession handovers.
- Relationship Building: Maintain continuous engagement with clients to foster trust, resolve queries quickly, and generate referral/repeat business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with legal, sales, documentation, and property management teams to ensure seamless deal closures.
- Data Management: Utilize Real Estate CRM Software to track leads, client history, outstanding payments, and project details.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in client servicing, real estate sales, or property management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of property values, market trends, and legal regulations (RERA compliance in India).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
