We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, good communication abilities, and basic knowledge of office management and MS Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and operational activities of the office
- Maintain office records, documents, files, and MIS reports
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Maintain office inventory and ensure timely procurement of required materials
- Handle calls, emails, scheduling, and follow-ups professionally
- Support employee onboarding and general HR coordination
- Ensure proper documentation and data management in Excel and internal systems
- Assist management with reports, operational tasks, and daily office requirements
- Monitor smooth functioning of office operations and resolve basic admin issues
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to maintain records and manage documentation efficiently
- Responsible, organized, and able to work in a team environment
- Prior experience in administration or operations will be an added advantage
