About the Role:
We're looking for a highly driven Business Operations Manager who can independently manage day-to-day business operations and ensure flawless execution across departments.
This role is ideal for someone who doesn't wait for instructions but proactively identifies issues, drives accountability, removes bottlenecks, and ensures projects are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence across all business functions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Customer Support.
- Ensure cross-functional projects are executed within timelines.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and improve SOPs and operational workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
- Conduct regular operational reviews with department heads.
- Ensure accountability and ownership across teams.
- Prepare weekly operational dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Solve business challenges proactively without constant supervision.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Operations or Business Management.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Manufacturing, or Startup environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for execution.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
