Experience: 3–8 Years (Automobile Sales Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and achieve sales targets
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage and motivate the sales team
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience in automobile sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach
Valid driving license is preferred
