Job Role: Meta Ads Executive

Salary: INR 20,000/- to INR 30,000/-
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign strategy, lead generation, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
* Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Set up and manage lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
* Conduct audience research and create custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lower CPL.
* Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.
* Track campaign performance through Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools.
* Coordinate with the content and design team for ad creatives.
* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and algorithm changes.

* Lead Quality

* Campaign Performance & Optimization
* Monthly Lead Generation Targets
Required Skills:
* 1.5 to 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
* Understanding of campaign objectives, pixels, events, and conversions.
* Experience with lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
* Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
* Good communication and reporting abilities.
* Basic understanding of Google Analytics is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
* Certifications in Meta Blueprint or Digital Marketing.
* Knowledge of Canva, landing pages, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
