Requirements:
- Knowledge of Continental cuisine and healthy cooking techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Experience cooking for children or in a school/hostel/boarding facility
- Prepare Continental meals
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure meals are served on time
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control
