Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in network implementation, provisioning, troubleshooting, monitoring, and support in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routing protocols.
- Manage and support LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
- Implement, provision, and migrate network solutions.
- Work with Load Balancers, including F5 LTM modules.
- Monitor network infrastructure using SolarWinds.
- Handle Incident, Service Request, and Change Management activities.
- Analyze network issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with network architects and cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize tasks effectively based on operational and business requirements.
- Provide support in a 24x7 ITIL-based operational environment.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching.
- Experience with LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies.
- Knowledge of F5 Load Balancers (LTM).
- Experience with SolarWinds monitoring tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
