This is an hourly basis on-site role for an Algebra Teacher at Sakshar Coaching Institute, located in Mumbai. The teacher will be responsible for teaching Algebra to Maharashtra State Board students (9th and 10th standard). The role includes explaining algebraic concepts such as linear equations, quadratic equations, polynomials, factorization, and problem-solving techniques, conducting classes as per the schedule, and supporting students with doubts to strengthen their fundamentals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Algebra (Maharashtra State Board syllabus – 8th to 10th)
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Experience in teaching secondary-grade students preferred
- Ability to explain algebraic concepts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques in a simple and engaging manner
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (preferred)
