We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the uPVC, Aluminium, Interior, Solar, and EV segments. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client interactions. Meet customers, architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners. Promote the company's products and services. Conduct product presentations and follow up with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. Achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain customer records and submit activity reports. Eligibility Any Degree / Diploma. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Experience in uPVC, Aluminium, Interior, Solar, or EV industries will be an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willing to travel for field marketing. Valid driving licence preferred.
