The candidate will be responsible for managing and driving business for Loan Against Property and School Funding products. The role involves handling a sales team, generating quality business through local market sources, managing channel partners, and ensuring achievement of monthly sales targets.
The candidate will also be responsible for guiding team members, monitoring daily sales activities, supporting lead generation, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring smooth processing of loan files from login to disbursement.
Candidate Requirement:
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in the LAP segment and prior team handling experience. The candidate should have good knowledge of secured loan products, local market sourcing, customer handling, and property-based lending.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be a local candidate from Ratlam with good market connections and experience in managing a sales team. LAP background is mandatory.
