Location: Abu Dhabi Motors, Muttom, Aluva, Kerala
Abu Dhabi Motors is looking for experienced and dedicated automotive professionals to join our premium car service center.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive service industry.
- Experience handling premium and luxury vehicles is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose customer concerns and coordinate with the workshop team.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and quality standards.
- Team player with a professional attitude and attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and provide accurate service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and additional work required.
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Inspect completed repair and maintenance work before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure all repairs meet company and manufacturer quality standards.
- Conduct final road tests and quality checks.
- Work closely with technicians to resolve any quality issues.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
