Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and business applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues.
- Install and support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
- Perform antivirus installation, updates, and system health checks.
- Handle user account management, password resets, and Active Directory (preferred).
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty support and hardware replacements.
- Maintain service reports, asset records, and support documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of service tickets while meeting SLA requirements.
- Provide preventive maintenance for desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
- Support basic network devices such as switches, routers, and access points.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Hardware troubleshooting (Desktop & Laptop).
- Printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Office & Microsoft 365 support.
- Basic Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Outlook email configuration and troubleshooting.
- Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist).
- Basic Active Directory knowledge (preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
