Job Summary
Aivida is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead the company's digital marketing strategy and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in digital marketing, and a proven track record of building successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Increase website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Experience with lead generation and performance marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
