Woodrock Infotech Company is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Customer Care Executives (Inbound Voice Process) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a Customer Care Executive (CCE) role within the BPO industry and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Executive (CCE) in the BPO industry (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
