Key Responsibilities
· Installation: Execute wiring plans for lights,Fans,motors and distribution boards.
· Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, transformers, LT/HT panels, and circuit breakers.
· Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex electrical malfunctions using testing instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and clamp meters.
· Blueprints: Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately.
· Compliance: Ensure all electrical works adhere strictly to local electrical codes, project timelines, and strict safety regulations.
· Leadership: Guide, mentor, and supervise apprentice electricians or helpers assigned to the project site.
Job Requirements
· Education: ITI Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Maintenance.
· Certifications: Valid Wireman license or recognized state electrical certification.
· Technical Skills: Mastery of troubleshooting ACB/VCB panels, UPS, inverters, DG sets, and domestic/industrial house wiring.
· Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight or elevated spaces.
· Core Competencies: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and solid teamwork communication.
