Prismax is a German-engineered automotive detailing brand with a global footprint. We specialize in high-end Paint Protection Films (PPF), ceramic coatings, and professional car care products. With our Indian operations scaling rapidly, we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our supply chain and ensure smooth, efficient order fulfillment across our e-commerce and B2B channels.
Role Overview
You will manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including complete inventory control, procurement coordination, order management, and shipping. You will ensure smooth execution of daily warehousing and dispatch activities while continuously optimizing processes for scalability, accuracy, and cost efficiency. This is an ownership-driven role - you will be the single point of accountability for stock and dispatches.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations; maintain the gate register and all inward/outward documentation.
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory levels in Zoho Inventory/Books or similar ERP systems.
- Oversee stock movements, replenishments, bin organization, and dispatches.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits; investigate and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and packing standards for sensitive products.
Logistics & Shipping
- Process and dispatch daily e-commerce (D2C) and B2B orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via courier, freight, or cargo, including same-day intra-city deliveries where required.
- Generate shipping labels, and e-way bills; ensure GST-compliant dispatch documentation.
- Manage relationships with courier and logistics partners; track shipments, resolve delays, and handle weight-discrepancy disputes.
- Manage returns, RTO (return-to-origin) shipments, and COD remittance reconciliation with courier partners.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with suppliers for packaging materials, warehouse essentials, and logistics services.
- Track purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and verify incoming goods against POs (quantity and quality checks).
- Negotiate rates with local vendors and courier partners to reduce per-shipment costs.
Operations Optimization & Reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce fulfillment turnaround time.
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational, logistics, and inventory reports for management (dispatch summary, pending orders, stock ageing, shipping cost analysis).
Team & Coordination
- Supervise and train warehouse helpers/packers as the team grows.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and accounts teams for order priorities, invoicing, and dispatch confirmations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics management (Required).
- Hands-on experience with inventory/ERP software (Zoho Inventory/Books preferred; Tally, Unicommerce, or SAP acceptable).
- Working knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment (Shopify or similar), courier aggregators, and shipping documentation (invoices, e-way bills).
- Basic understanding of GST compliance related to dispatch and stock transfer.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Physically comfortable with warehouse floor work (stock handling, packing supervision).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
