Position: Site Supervisor
Suntan Life Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily waste management operations, manpower deployment, vehicle movement, reporting, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce activities.
* Manage attendance, deployment, and discipline of field staff.
* Coordinate with drivers, helpers, municipal representatives, and management teams.
* Maintain daily operational records, MIS reports, and documentation.
* Monitor vehicle movement and operational performance.
* Handle Parchi, Kanta (Weighbridge) records, material tracking, and related documentation.
* Ensure timely submission of attendance, fuel, and operational reports.
* Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Eligibility & Skills:
* Graduate/Diploma holder preferred.
* Experience in site supervision, waste management, logistics, transportation, or field operations.
* Knowledge of Parchi Management, Kanta/Weighbridge Operations, and Daily Reporting.
* Strong team coordination and manpower handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and documentation.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational activities.
Preference:
Local candidates from Mohali and Patiala will be preferred.
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
