About the Role
Weeones School Foundation is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, graphic designing, and video editing, with the ability to create engaging content for parents and preschool audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Design high-quality graphics, posters, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels for social media campaigns.
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and content calendars.
- Cover school events, celebrations, and activities through photos and videos.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute branding and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing techniques.
Skills Required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar graphic and video editing tools.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and content marketing.
- Creative mindset with excellent design aesthetics.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the education, preschool, or child-focused industry will be an added advantage.
