The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing mechanical systems and equipment. The role involves applying engineering principles to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety of products, systems, or manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components, equipment, and systems based on project requirements.
- Prepare 2D/3D models, detailed drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
- Conduct feasibility studies and engineering analyses such as stress, thermal, and vibration testing.
- Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide corrective actions for mechanical failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and product design.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management and clients.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, etc.).
- Good understanding of materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and control systems.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
