Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Business Development / Marketing Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to lead generation, client communication, digital outreach, sales coordination, CRM management, and business growth strategies.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, outbound calling, and other professional platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify decision-makers and new business opportunities.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns through targeted account research.
- Develop personalized outreach messages to improve lead conversion rates.
Sales Coordination & Operations
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines in CRM systems.
- Coordinate meetings for the senior sales team and manage follow-up schedules.
- Attend client discussions and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
Marketing Support
- Assist in identifying market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Support branding and social media engagement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduate in Bachelor’s degree program (BBA, BMS, BCom, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software or LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
