Job Summary:
Anand Vardhan Resort, Manali is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain our rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role is open to both experienced candidates and enthusiastic freshers looking to build a career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to the resort's quality standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities (toiletries, tea/coffee supplies, etc.).
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies safely and responsibly.
Assist with deep cleaning, laundry management, and inventory checks when required.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 10th pass preferred; basic understanding of cleaning standards is a plus.
Experience: Freshers with a willingness to learn (On-Job Training provided) or 0 to 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping.
Skills: Physical stamina, attention to detail, trustworthy, and a polite, helpful attitude toward guests.
Food: Free duty meals included.
Accommodation: Free staff accommodation / room provided on-site.
