BookaHotelDeal is a global travel company that specialise in discounted accommodation all over the world. The company has grown over 200% in the past two years and project and further increase in 2026/27. We are established since 2011 and our offices are based in London, Philippines & Asia. We are looking to expand the team and find a suitable Sales / Business Development Manager to grow sales from the Corporate industry.
This is a proactive sales role so the applicant must be self motivated and able to demonstrate sales leadership activities. The job is homebased as a significant amount of work will be through online prospecting, linkedin research and finally calling clients through a provided phone system. Upon gathering a significant client base there will be some travel required, mainly to London, and based on the applicants schedule
Training and support will be provided. You will be given a fully integrated CRM and your role will be to find leads from the internet, enter them in the system and call on them. A system to follow upon leads will be devised. Travel is required for this role - starting from intercity then developing to domestic clients
The role would eventually develop into managing a remote team that can focus on each market segment
Types of clients
- SME - Corporate clients to book for their business travel and personal leisure travel
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify the new corporate and increase the corporate line and give presentation to the new corporate about the company.
- Monitoring and co-ordinating with the team members for operations and arrangements to cater and deliver efficiently to the clients.
- Negotiating and contracting with the finalized corporate clients and prospective clients the costing part and the rate of the items.
- Developing, formulating and implementing strategic plans for the business to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Driving growth in revenue through new business development, customer acquisition and retention.
- Developing and building cordial relationship with the present and prospective clients.
- Maintaining and retaining corporate accounts and developing relationship with them.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide an immediate solution over the phone
- Respond to client emails on a timely manner
- Liaise with the operation teams on hotel offers which are to be sent out to the client
- Target of 20-25 outbound calls per day
- Ensure CRM is updated at all times
Requirements
- Perfect English
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Diploma / degree in Travel Tourism (preferred)
- Fast & Reliable Internet connection
- Good geographical knowledge
- Work independently in the absence of supervision
- Professional telephone skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Able to take decisions
- Efficient computer skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
