Executive or Senior Executive – Performance Marketing (1 Position)
Purpose of the Role
To drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven performance marketing strategies across Google and Meta platforms, with a primary focus on the US and International markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns targeting the US and International markets, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Merchant Center, including product feed management, diagnostics, and Shopping Ads.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Implement and manage UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution models using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and e-commerce sales.
- Analyze customer journeys and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative, content, website, and product teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce advertising best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in an e-commerce/D2C field.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for the US and International markets.
- Strong experience with Google Merchant Center, including product feed management, Shopping Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and its integration with Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, campaign experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with UTM tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
