Store Manager (Who has knowledge of Packing Material for Rice Industry)
Responsibilities : Inventory Management (Packing Material)
- Maintain stock of packing materials (bags, cartons, pouches, labels, tapes, etc.)
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production/dispatch
- Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder accordingly
- Reduce wastage, leakage, or damage of packing items
Store Operations
- Manage inward & outward of packing materials
- Verify quality and quantity of received materials
- Proper storage to avoid moisture, damage, or contamination
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement in store
Stock Control & Reporting
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual/software like Tally/ERP)
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports of consumption
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery
- Compare rates and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Check invoices and ensure proper documentation
Team Handling
- Supervise store staff and helpers
- Assign duties and monitor performance
- Ensure proper handling and usage of materials
Coordination with Production & Dispatch
- Ensure packing material availability as per production plan
- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely packing & delivery
- Avoid delays due to shortage of materials
Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety standards in storage (especially for bulk materials)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audits
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
