Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Educational Sales, School Solutions, Footwear industries.
- Experience in channel sales and distributor management.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and market development.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹5.40 LPA – ₹7.00 LPA (based on experience, qualifications, and current compensation)

Role Objective: To expand Liberty Shoes' institutional business by partnering with schools and educational institutions, ensuring sustained revenue growth and strengthening the company's position as a preferred school footwear solution provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Generate business from schools, educational institutions, and other institutional customers for school footwear and related products.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new schools and Prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, administrators, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business meetings with decision-makers.
- Coordinate with distributors and dealers to ensure seamless execution of institutional orders.
