Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assess patient needs, record vital signs, and execute advanced nursing care plans.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform IV cannulation, administer injections, handle wound dressings, and manage emergency responses.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Supervise junior nurses and train nursing students.
- Administration: Manage shift handovers, keep meticulous medical records, and maintain ward safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in GNM or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing).
- Licensure: Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of clinical experience in a hospital or specialized unit.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, infection control knowledge, and basic computer/EHR literacy.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
