We’re Hiring: Purchase Executive / Purchase Officer
We’re looking to add a Purchase Executive to our team to support our growing manufacturing operations in the fastener / automotive components space.
Location: Vasai / Mumbai

What you’ll do
- Manage procurement of raw materials, bought-out items, consumables, and services
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Create and track purchase orders
- Work closely with production, quality, and stores teams
- Maintain purchase data, vendor records, and MIS reports
Who we’re looking for
- 1–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement (manufacturing preferred)
- Exposure to industrial materials / fasteners is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Engineering or Supply Chain preferred)
