Job Description: Warehouse Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy, garment storage, dispatch coordination, stock movement tracking, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth supply chain operations and timely order fulfillment for our growing fashion business.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store garments as per warehouse protocols.
- Manage inventory control, stock counting, and documentation.
- Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch of garments.
- Handle data entry and prepare reports on stock movements.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse organization, audits, and safety compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations (fashion/luxury retail preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Experience in warehouse management software / ERP systems.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Physically fit to manage warehouse duties.
