1. Role Summary
The Sales GET will be responsible for promoting and selling lapping machines, polishing machines, abrasives, and precision surface finishing solutions to industrial customers across sectors such as automotive and engineering manufacturing. The role involves lead generation, technical product presentation.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in manufacturing industries.
- Promote the company’s precision surface finishing machines, lapping systems.
- Conduct technical product presentations and machine demonstrations to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for installation and after-sales support.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales reports.

- Abrasive powders and polishing compounds
- Surface finishing accessories
4. Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Basic technical knowledge of industrial machinery
- Ability to handle industrial clients and factory visits
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
5. Qualification
- BE Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Fresher -2 years experience in machinery or industrial equipment sales
